What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
I think grunting is okay if it's a heavy-ass weight. I just hate it when women grunt as if orgasming. It messes me up.

Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Rotatory cuff (shoulder) injury from performing 1-arm DB incline preacher curls. I over trained and paid for it dearly.

What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Over training because ego or lack of common sense kicks in. Another common but least reported injury is the accidental barbell insertion into the rectum by forceful thrusting.
