training and life in general has been going really well. I reach my 190lb goal and now i'm shooting for 195-200lbs. no reason, just to see if i can. i'm glad your back on track! you need some progress pics up there... have a good one

you know it! my work has gotten a lot more strict about not doing any work, so i' not able to update as frequently any more. I'm good though, just hit my 190lbs goal. i need to get new pics up, i'm 20 lbs heavier than in any of those. hows your progress comin?
