I got started by sitting in a cubicle watching everyone around me gain weight and eat crap all day. Also, my older brother was previously a personal trainer before he became part owner in a fitness nutrition store, Fitness Essentials.
Why I Love It:
Lifting, for me, is the second best stress reliever after work.
Being able to see the wanted gains and losses as a direct result of my own effort.
How I Stay Motivated:
I keep myself motivated by continuously setting new goals for myself, and constantly finding my mental as well as my physical limits.
no more contest, i had to drop out of the running. I guess i started off too lean... It was my first time training for a contest, so i didn't realise how much i had to bulk up beofore i started cutting. If i'm going to compete, i need to compete in middle-weight due to my height and...

Friday: Cardio (abs)
Saturday: Chest
Sunday: a little of everything light
Every third week I have a light weight/High rep week to maintain definition.

Great news, Brian Dobson (Owner of Metroflex Gym)in Arlington, Texas has open his schedule for 2008 to add 5 one hour training slots each week. Brian is the guy who trained 8 times Mr. Olympia Ronnie Coleman and Pro Branch Warren. Brian is offering a fee of just $50 per hour for his services.
