How I Started:
High School & College Athlete that let work/family/life get the better of him. At a Las Vegas pool looked at everyone else, than at my belly, than at everyone else (fit, tan...etc.) than at my belly again.....than at my family.
Why I Love It:
Keeps me active for my family.
How I Stay Motivated:
My family keeps me motivated. I'm a better person every day I work out. Also, some of the amazing people on this site...looking at the transformations, motivation...and incredible stories here.

None...Biggest accomplishment I could achieve is as a good husband and father.
At a young age to have the discipline and focus to make such a significant change is impressive. There are many adults who cannot guide themselves this way......
6-7 weeks to go until this program is done. That will complete a year of work. Looking for the next program to follow. Starting in Sept. will spend 6 months on just mass building, considering a 5x5 program combined with something else.

bsn is a great company im also taking atro phex once a day works great rememember to cycle 12 weeks on 4 off i only take it once a day becouse i also take redline thats my coffee lol take it when i start work love that stuff have a good day
Thanks for the comment, my new comintment for this year is, to loose another 35lbs this will put me at the 200 mark, I dont think I want to drop too much below that when I am lifting, so I will concentrait on my bodyfat percentage. I just created my new workout plan for 2009 so I hope it all works out.
