To be as happy & healthy as i can be....live my life with no regrets, no matter what others may think or say! Life is a journey....sometimes it will take you to places you dont like to go or understand, but more often than not, it will take you on the path that you need to see.....why fight it, go with it! Kind of like the ocean, ever changing, swells high & low, washing in & over to help create subtle changes over time.....so my journey continues.....Once upon a time......;0)
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Well last Feb 08, i was doing squats with about 115# I was using free weights, not very heavy, but i popped/ripped a cord near my hip flexor...i sort of babied it but did not go to the doctor, until i was at the gym, threw my back out helping spot someone else. I was down for a whole week (not able to walk w/o a walker) then in physical therapy for at least a month. They said my back went out because i kept favoring the one side without the injured cord....never again! i would say i am almost back to 100% but i am very careful. What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
I think improper form, lifting too heavy or if you already exhausted your muscles and you keep lifting.

What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
I don't know what anyone else would say,but since i injuried myself doing free weight squats, that would be my answer!
Well I just got in from visiting family in Ohio....Great time! So right before i left i had watched this really awful show on TLC. It was on bodybuilding in general, but very much on the usage of roids & HGH....about how many BB's have that bodydismophic (SP) problem, which causes many...
Hey it's been a while, how's everything been going? Training is on track I hope. I guess I loffed off a little myself there. I'm pretty bummed out, I injured my wrist Monday night.
Training is going okay. Finally cracked 400 again on the flat bench. Right now I'm gonna take a week off and let my joints rest. "The Bulk" is more like "a fat" right now, but I'll clean it up when it gets too bad for my own likings. I see you're killing the 60lb dumbbells!
Yeah right you know I get bashfull around girls. I've never been know to make them laugh. LOL Sounds like everyone is getting busy. I know I'm only on here now cause work is dead but other than that I am never here on my free time anymore. What's got you so swamped?
