Overall Goal: been trying to gain weight...successfully gained 10 lbs. but still not enough looking to get 10 more...but ive hit a plateau..any suggestions

in order to get muscles NATURAL way u need to train hard rest and most importent eat proper
eat 400-500 calories more them ur number of calories u burn in a day
2-2.2 grams of protein over body w8
eat carbs and good fats..
Its really complicated so i'd say start reading to get some base knolage and then if u have a specific question please ask i'll answer if i know
If you're trying to gain weight then lay off the cardio. Not stop all together because you need to do it for your heart. And just taking whey won't make you gain weight. You need to eat good food. You're young so your metabolism is high. Check out some articles on bodyspace and gaining weight. There's so much on this site you'll be reading for months!
