How I Started:
I've always been physically active but in 2008 bad eating habits and an irregular exercise routine caused me to gain 50 pounds. I decided It's time to get back on track and then some.
Why I Love It:

I just started out in this weight loss journey, but so far I'm starting to see and feel the results.In 2008 I let myself go and stopped caring BUT I feel proud that I took action IN 2009 and did NOT let myself go any further

I just want to feel good about my body, right now I feel very uncomfortable.
Goal (Long):
I started my weightloss journey in january 2009 to change my body from my horrible 2008 weight gain. I got off to an amazing start was hitting the gym up 4-6 times a week and crash dieting. Had lost about 15 lbs(203lb/186lb)but by march my body was over worked, weightloss stalled and I stopped trying, went back to binge eating and not exercising on a regular basis. Within that month I went right back up to 203lbs. I was so sad, then I heard from a friend who's always battled with her weight about Uweightloss. She had joined in Feb'09 and had lost 20 lbs. The center teaches balanced eating, something I definatly needed to learn. All my life I've been crash dieting, yo-yo up and down 15 pounds. But at a 50 pound gain yo-yo'n is not the answer to perment weightloss and health. So I joined the center and i'm learning how to eat clean and balanced. It was expensive option but I seriously needed an overhall. I stayed with Uweightloss for 3 months but decided that I was prepared and ready to handle this weight loss journey on my own, the results are coming along :-)

its ramone and i just came home from the gym and also from running 5 miles this afternoon after work and i love my long workouts because it is well worth it to make my goal
you are a great woman who will always be successful and also you are a very beautiful and also a very refined woman who will always have success in your own life
I'm great love! I've been working a lot, but still burning my calories and eating quite clean. I've been nibbling on the sweets more often than I should, but I make sure I have the calories to blow.
thanks... i finally stopped looking at the numbers cause it was getting depressing, no one ever guesses my weight correctly so i don't know i carry it somewhere..hehe

I'm so pissed at myself for march and eating everthing in site and not excercising I actually went up to 203lbs the end of march! So since joining the weightloss center i'm down 6lbs. I need to eat clean and properly nurish my body-no more crash diets they only result in failure in the end, lesson learned
hey girl! aw dont worry about march (PS it sucked for me also!! i did nothing for 3 weeks because of exams, then i went away for spring break, then i was swamped with stuff to do after that). Good luck with the trainer. My gym offered me a really great deal on a trainer but unfortunately i had to turn it down because i have no money haha.
