How I Started:
My husband was deployed for a year and I needed a stress outlet. I had all 3 kiddos to myself and those two hours a day, them in childwatch and me working out, became a necessity.
Why I Love It:
The way it makes me feel. I've always been skinny but I've never had other people want to look like me because I had muscle. I've had other women approach me in the gym and ask to work out with me because they wanted arms like mine! Huge compliment!
How I Stay Motivated:
Every time someone asks me if the 3 children trailing me are all mine, and then look surprised when I say yes! I love seeing the constant change happening in my muscles!
BB Accomplishments:
Someday I'd like to compete in the figure and fitness catagories.

I think ISSA is the way to go. The material is pretty thurough.. the book is about 700 pages. But I finished the material in about 2-2 1/2 months. You take quizes for every section online. And the test is online as well, and at your own pace. It's a pretty long test.. but it's worth it. I made a 91.2%
