you could totally lose 20 lbs by that June. it just takes dedication. it helps if you take pictures on a weekly basis and if you jot down your workouts in a little journal.
Appreciate the comment. I was able to lose 1-2 lbs every week. I started off with hydroxycut max, which is awesome, and in the middle of may I switched to xenadrine rfa which is perfect for people who overdo the snacking. Either one will help if you eat right and workout. So, that's my take on it. Oh yeah I should say I use protein religiously. Good luck!
yeah i have gotten results from the lipo6 but nothing too major. it might not work the same for everyone-i lost 5lbs with it. but my diet was off track.
Lipo 6 was great for me! Make sure you eat, even if your appetite is low...evey 3 hours small meals to keep your metabolism up, thus enhancing the effect of lipo 6. Clean eating too...a must.
I am still a newbie and have far to go. But my advice is to be consistent, eat clean and dont give up. If you want to loose the body fat concentrate on the cardio like crazy if you dont do the cardio you will not loose your body fat. You will make it !
Do your research. Be consistent. Be patient. Keep regular records of what you are doing. Eat a clean diet. Those would be my top pieces of advice. This site is a wonderful resource when used--everything you need is here.
