I needed a huge change in my life. Much sadness and tragedy left me with feeling worthless and I added weight
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling I get from being fit. I like getting some attention from those around me and from my family. Who wouldn't? I always felt like the fat one and what a turn around. Now I feel great all the time!
How I Stay Motivated:
I competed for the first time in 2006 and totally fell in love with figure competition. I am now hooked for as long as it takes. I do it though as a way to keep myself in check and to never go back to where I was before becoming fit.
BB Accomplishments:
Competed for the first time and placed in the top 5 in both Class C and also in Masters. But honestly my biggest prize was myself. I am loving the new me. Just featured as the Transformation of the week On Bodybuilding.com WOO HOO October 27th,2006 Then a couple of weeks later highlighted on www.buildleanmuscle.com Most recently highlighted on the Fox morning news and also www.clubjnl.com This has been such a whirl wind. I love it!
It's hard to describe my goals in just one word so I wrote compete. But all and all it is more a matter of always being the best me I can be. That is a goal from the inside out. I think its much more then just the physical changes in life that mold us into who we are or become. I love my life, love what I am doing and love helping to pass it on to the next person.

Is the POPE Catholic? I try to take my fat burners energy boosters in moderation and for no more then two weeks at at time before I change them to something else. Redline, Lipo 6, Lipolyze, Lean Out, hot Rox I have tried quite a few of them. Ah there is one more but I can't think of the name of it. What type of person at your gym annoys you the most? Why?
ah that's hard to say. I get quite a bit of attention in my gym from both men and women. I try to always be helpful and kind.
