SO AS YOU SEE I ACTUALY WORK OUT 7 DAYS BUT SOME TIMES I TAKE A DAY OFF ON ABS DAY AND DO THE ABS WITH THE BICEP DAY

wllhawkins I just started really watching what I eat this year, my matbolism is crazy high. Basic break down 3 eggs and oatmeal breakfast, mid morning protien shake, lunch 8-16 oz ck, fish, pork, brown rice, brocolli or green beans, mid day protein shake, dinner same as lunch, before bed protein shake. hope that helps, feel free to change as you need, took my stomach a while to adjust Mar 2, 2012 2:47pm
