How I Started:
I got tired of being a chubba bubba mom. I started running and working out to have an interest of my own.
Why I Love It:
I love having something that I love, that makes me feel good about myself. I love using that time to hang out with my sons. And I love a challenge!
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking in the mirror helps. I read tons of motivational books and magazines. And I am making a conscious effort to set a good example for my kids.
BB Accomplishments:
Well, none yet - unless you count fitness or weight loss accomplishments. I've lost 60 lbs and have kept it off for 2 years and I've run a half marathon. I'm hoping to add Transformation Contest to my list of accomplishments, soon!
