When I Started:
Sep, 1999
How I Started:
I was skinny guy all through high school and college. Although I lifted weights for football in high school, it didn't seem to have any impact on my body. I got somewhat serious out of college for a couple of years, but stopped until my late 30's. Then I rejoined the YMCA and worked out and added about 5-8 lbs. of muscle to my upper body without following any structured program. Last year (2007) I decided I wanted to get serious with my body and follow a structured plan.
Why I Love It:
The impact it has changing my body for the better.
How I Stay Motivated:
Just makes me feel good.
BB Accomplishments:
Maintained 10-12% BF throughout most of my life.

I typically do wide grip rows, both barbell and cable. I don't like those close grip handles because they just seem to work my biceps too heavily. I give you props for the 007 trunks!
yeah I know my thinking could probably be better but my problems are what i use for my motivation. and people need motivation to accomplish their goals. things will probably get better as time passes too. thanks for your concern tho
