I have always been athletic. That and I think I am just way to ADD to sit inside and watch TV all day! lol
Why I Love It:
I LOVE the feeling of pushing my body as hard as possible and the way my body feels the morning after when I have to roll myself out of bed...Then going out and doing it again!
How I Stay Motivated:
Uhhh, bikini season, my boyfriend, and the fact I like to wear really tight jeans! lol
BB Accomplishments:
1st in a pre-final Hawaiian Tropic Bikini Contest (But I never went back for the finals :( ) and 1st place in a local figure competition at Aerofit (May 2007)

Goal (Long):
I'm in college, and with that comes a less than desirable lifestyle. I vow to get in bed by 11pm, no more procrastination cram study sessions. Learn to say no, I'm still cool if I dont make it to every party/ladies night/happy hour/karaoke, etc. my friends wont forget who I am lol. Portion control, food is not evil to my body, just the midnight dinners with the boyfriend are! Cardio is not the devil, repeat Ash, Cardio.. Chocolate is a reward, not a staple. Muscle = Hot, bones = Not. Basically I am cleaning house, if it's bad for me and my short shorts it's out the door. Clean mind, body, and soul...and once I tackle this hurdle and I'm living it habitually, then I might like to take on the NPC..hmm, I like that thought! Best of luck to all others on your goals, we can do it!
What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
I LOVE the way Jamie Eason looks! Amazing glutes!! Hollywood celebrity? Jessica Simpson looks pretty good. She is lean and little, but she still has curves. I SO dont like to stick figure look, yuck!

Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Tendonitis is my elbow and my shoulder. but it could have been caused by a wreck I had. Tendonitis takes FOREVER to heal! I just took it easy and warmed up with light weights ALOT

Improper form, and trying to lift more weight than you are capable of with good form
Well my trainer Kim Oddo has recommended me to do either the Emerald Cup, the Contra Costa, or the Northern California this year. Ok, so heres the deal, I am still a NEWBIE! And then I will be a newbie in a strange place, trying to tackle the hardest thing I think I have possibly done! Alone!...
