So I am down a total of 4.6 lbs already.. hopefully I go into ketosis by the end of the day.. if I get the chance I will buy ketostix at CVS later on.. I recorded all my diet information in fitday yesterday.. not too sure how to paste it here, but I am sure I will figure it out before the end...
