I took several courses in college and played on my frat's football team.
Why I Love It:
The only time during the week that I can actually zone-out and focus entirely on me.
How I Stay Motivated:
I see other dudes at the gym who are 260 and higher - it makes me push myself harder until reach certain benchmarks.
BB Accomplishments:
Won 1st place novice men's lightweight and won men's novice overall. 2nd place men's lightweight open. 1st place in OCB's Eastern Seaboard State Middle class

I want to get to a competition weight of 200 and get a pro card.
Goal (Long):
During this off season, I'm going to change a few of my supplements and try to increase my protein and carb intake.
I wanna develop my upper body more, and with more attention to my back and biceps.
After my big win last year at the OCB Charm City Classic, I spent plenty of time during the off season trying to follow the advice from the judges - putting on more mass. Last year during the competition I came in at a mere 152 lbs. I believe my down fall last year was the amount of cardio...
wassup man..you look pretty shredded in your comp pics
im lookin to cut some serious bodyfat over the next couple weeks..
what do you do to lean down??
tru. for your height middleweight would look really good on you, especially if you keep the same conditioning. you look big for 155, especially in the legs. do you train them heavy?
