How I Started:
I started as an 85Ib 14 year old, and as many young teens I wanted to bulk up for many reasons. I officially started working out after wrestling season. After a bad freshmen year, I realized I had to work on getting stronger and faster.
Why I Love It:
It amazing how lifting can really reduce the amount of stress you have. After a good days lift, I love the accomplishment feeling I get. And waking up soar the next morning shows me that I've done something right.
How I Stay Motivated:
Listening to my favorte music helps me stay motivated into training hard and strong. And the nice compliments from people help me out a lot too.
