How I Started:
I started as an 85Ib 14 year old, and as many young teens I wanted to bulk up for many reasons. So I started to workout at my school's gym and ever since then, saying no to it wasn't an option.
Why I Love It:
It amazing how lifting can really reduce the amount of stress you have. After a good days lift, I love the accomplishment feeling I get. And waking up soar the next morning shows me that I have done something right.
How I Stay Motivated:
Listening to my favorte music helps me stay motivated into training hard and strong.

Eat eat eat! You're young and have all that natural testosterone in your body. Now is the time to build on that. After you turn 30, your body will not produce as much of it. Then you really have to work to KEEP it! Best of luck to you.
