I was sick for a long time with severe anemia, which made me lethargic, and I gained over 30 lbs. But even before that I had dabbled in weights, but didn't have the energy to keep it up. Once I resolved my anemia (finally) I decided to delve back in. The last 6 months I have been keeping active and watching portions but just randomly doing my weight routines (ie: once every other week lol)...so here I am again ready to commit for LIFE!
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling I get afterward and lifting heavier than stupid guys think girls should!
How I Stay Motivated:
Working on this one. Pictures are a big help.
BB Accomplishments:
I completed Power 90.
I have exercised regularly for 150 days and counting.
I have baby muscles.
Lose those last pounds and get rid of the ass that is haunting me.
Goal (Long):
Ultimate long term goal: I will be healthy, strong and fit. 12 month goal: Be happy with my body.
Six month goal: Maintain fat loss and gain 5 lbs of muscle.
Three month goal: I will reduce my body fat to 18% and my weight to 145 lbs.
Weekly goal: I will lose 1% body fat and lose 1.5 lb's. Daily goal: Eat healthy, exercise consistently and lift heavy!
Hardest day, now it's just not allowing myself make excuses! I refuse, my goal is to close. Upper Body yesterday used BFL, wasn't super sore but I think I chose good weights for jumping back again. I am doing legs tonight, I may have to use P90x weights if I am not happy with the challenge I...
by lookin at your progress pics ican see you've really worked hard...keep at it girl, it's payin off! my body is similar, in that my tummy, thighs and butt is where my fat is...you're doing great :)
