Been working slowly but surely toward my goals, so far I've lost a total of 56#'s from my all time high unpregnant weight (All time high including prego time was only 5#'s more than that!)
It's nearly SUMMER 2009 and I am getting started again! Time to start lifting heavier and building some muscle definition and trying to work on a less flabby rear end ;)
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling I get after accomplishing a tough workout; I never regret them. I need to remember that when I try and make excuses!
How I Stay Motivated:
Pictures help and knowing that I already have done this much, I really don't have that far to go!
BB Accomplishments:
I started off with Power 90 at home boot camp series. Completed with a new understanding of nutrition and exercise, which really is not any different that a standard 40/20/20 diet with 3 days weights 3 days cardio, and a since of accomplishment!
May not seem like a huge step but it was for me! Now I am going to buckle down to the X after a hiatus!
sumisanupdated Fit Status "needs to get her ASS moving ... literally! Gained weight ... refuse to go back to my old ways... time to start again... once my ankle heal"
Get the butt I want and have a noticeable bicep...oh yes one day!
Goal (Long):
Ultimate long term goal: I will be healthy, strong and fit. I will be a positive influence on my children's lives. I will flaunt my body with pride...thats sounds slutty hahahaha
*Completed* 12 month goal: Be happy with my body. Met; its not perfect but I have come along way in being happy with it!
Six month goal: Forget fat loss and start working on building my glutes and biceps ... SQUATS; DEADLIFT and LIFT as HEAVY as I can till it happens!!!
*COMPLETED* Three month goal: I will reduce my body fat to 18% and my weight to 145 lbs.
Weekly goal: I will commit more time to my health, even if its only an hour more than I do now...it's not all or nothing!
Daily goal: Eat healthy, exercise of some kind and focus on being happy and improving myself for me!
