LeanStateOfMind I'm on week 11, i'm not doing anything different except just trying to maintain my strength from last week's routines since i'm coming close to the end of my 84 days...just staying positive, goin hard every session and hoping for the best. espnaholic not really if anything i'll lift in the am and box or swim or hoop in the afternoons but the man thing is staying consistant if you do that you got no choice but to see results! Mar 22, 2012 1:56am

espnaholic i'll do like a circuit of leg lifts planks crunches and decline crunches until i get a good burn jump rope for a while then repeat and as far as protein w/e on sale lol im taken combat powder now tho Mar 22, 2012 1:34am
