How I Started:
To gain muscle for basketball, needed upper body strength, and just needed to gain weight.
Why I Love It:
Good way to let go of stress, makes you feel better about yourself. Just the feeling it gives you after an intense workout is the best.
How I Stay Motivated:
i see people who cant even breathe after walking up a set of stairs. i never wanna be out of shape, i wanna look fit the rest my life. and feel good about myself when i leave the house in the morning.
BB Accomplishments:
i'm up to 180 now i feel a little over weight so i wanna lean out to about 170 think i'll feel better now at that. wanna feel comftorable around a swimming pool or the beach with my shirt off.

Goal (Long):
I want to transform my body, When i graduated i got caught up in the party scene a little bit. You know a 6 pack of beer can actually make you lose your 6 pack over night really. I caught that on time still but i dont wanna be fat ever, i wanna get my body to the best it possibly can be. And give my story to other people to try and inspire them.

That is crazy! Yeah- I totally thought that was you!! HAHA -I see Josh all the time- where are you!? I am there EVERY night from 6-9. Work out for 2 hours and be a social butterfly for one lol
Ah- I wish I could workout during the day..I go at night, after work. So packed! You should see how it is at Defined Coors. BAD. I'm at work now--working lol- well sort of.
