sully_12 created a new BodyBlog entry ""Transformation essay for the 2013 100K Transformation Challenge" ".

Done with the 12 week transformation. I trained using Kris Gethin's 12 week trainer. The videos themselves are a great motivator and it was nice to have something to watch in preparation for each workout. I honestly wasn't able to put on as much weight as had hoped due to the fact I am a poor college kid, however the strength gains I got were tremendous and I will be changing up my goals from bodybuilding to goal oriented such as timed runs/swims/pushups/situps. sully_12 Great strength gains from this transformation. Wasn't able to hit a the peak I wanted to in weight but I am non-the-less happy the results
