For me the only way I get definition in my delts and traps are overhead barbell presses 12-15 reps and for traps I do barbell shrugs at about 25 reps

I do barbell shrugs, 4 sets, about 25 reps, I stagger each set by about 90 lbs
last week (165/255/345/435), I hope that helps

I do barbell shrugs, I find that a rep set of 25 to 50 gives me the most results
