For me the only way I get definition in my delts and traps are overhead barbell presses 12-15 reps and for traps I do barbell shrugs at about 25 reps

I do barbell shrugs, 4 sets, about 25 reps, I stagger each set by about 90 lbs last week (165/255/345/435), I hope that helps

I fully aware that what you are doing is a scam to get pictures of guys in their underwear, make a youtube video about it making fun of them and give out their personal information, most people on this site work very hard at what they do deserve some respect, people like you make me sick and you're lucky I don't know who you are or I would kick your ass!

I do barbell shrugs, I find that a rep set of 25 to 50 gives me the most results
