How I Started: It occured to me one day that to get anywhere I eventually wanted to be in my professional career, I would need to acheive a level of physical fitness I have never before had... Now that is a daunting task... but a totally necessary one to say the least!
Why I Love It: I love taking control of my body and where it ends up! I love that amazing feeling of power, strength and health that results from making a thorough committment to living a healthy lifestyle!
How I Stay Motivated: I've come too far to turn back now!

What are your secrets for making healthy food taste great?
don't expect to be Emmeril in the kitchen, take some basic ingredients and put them together.... if it doesnt taste as good as you hoped think about things you can add to or take from it the next time...more

wheels need loads more work..but getting there slowly. The PL'ing is def doin its thing. Im relly liking box squats and bench squats. Good Mornings have def strengthened my squat as well.

Im cool..dabbling in Powerlifting now and its working cause Im putting on good size...still maintaining a solid 120-121 lbs too. Getting stronger in all major lifts too...so, its coming along. Sept 2009 will be my next show.
