Where do you find healthy recipes to try?

What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
Eh, whatever motivates you I guess, unless you're just being a fuckhead whose dickin' around waisting everyone's time!

Ya.... not really..... our temp high today was the low 20's, makes for a rough run when you're getting more motion moving sideways slippin' and a slidin' than you are by running forward. That coupled with sub-freezing temperatures crystalizing the lungs sure made for an interesting run:) ...
Heavy running, heavy PT, Heavy weightloss...... For the last year I've packed on some great lean mass with the help of Physiques by Valenti. New goals require a new approach however, so I'm dropping the weights and lacing up the shoes, tying up my swimsuit and re-taping the pullup bar.
