Fit Status:
Getting things back on track- organization is key for me right now....
The same way as everyone else. I got fat. I want to be fit. I want to teach my kids how to respect their bodies and how to live clean and healthy lives. That will be our (my hubby, Adam and I) legacy for them.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel good.
How I Stay Motivated:
I am madly in love with the hottest, most wonderful man on the planet and I want to look good for him...and for me...Seeing my man's muscles keeps me pretty motivated. I got super lucky with him. He's just perfect. Also I want to be healthy and feel strong. Our bodies are so amazing the way the change and react to a healthy lifestyle. I always have been the "fat" friend and I don't want my boys to go through that. Also reading Oxygen and other fitness magazines keeps me motivated. Browsing profiles on BB is a huge motivator...just seeing the progress other women have made.
Another bodyspace person has this in his goal line and it speaks volumes to me:

Kat inspires me because she is always pushing herself to the limit and passing it. She encourages me with no-nonsense words and has ALWAYS been a friend to me. Besides, have you SEEN her progress pics?? She's SMOKIN HOTT!
Debi has always been such an inspiration to me. She is always there to lift me up when I fall down. She has a beautiful figure, and an even more beautiful heart. She is a strong woman- a trooper. She has been through it all and always lands on her feet. Debi , you're my hero!

Hey stranger! Good to hear from you! I'm doing very well thanks. My injury has recovered for the most part with the exception of a very mild pain from time to time. Just taking things one day at a time. Killin in the gym with beautifulgrace now and lovin every minute of it! How are things with you?
yeah I am mainly doing it for fun..and because I needed a goal..I love contest prep and extreme dieting and massive amounts of cardio..I feel like me gain..it is weird..I just feel like I always need to compete..so I am not so lost in the world without a purpose hahaha
Hey you! Glad your back! Yes, I loove summer, but Im happy to be back on the training hard without the busy weekends, lol. Im starting a 4 week plan with Krystle to switch things up. Then... PFD in October for another 12 weeks to drop some more fat! So, keep in touch with the training and stuff : )
No it was not fun and not worth it..I retained a ton of water from it all and felt and looked like crap..I prefer to stay clean LOL. So are you still working hard or taking it easy? lost any weight?
