How I Started:
The same way as everyone else. I got fat. I want to be fit. I want to teach my kids how to respect their bodies and how to live clean and healthy lives. That will be our (my hubby, Adam and I) legacy for them.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel good.
How I Stay Motivated:
I am madly in love with the hottest, most wonderful man on the planet and I want to look good for him...and for me...Seeing my man's muscles keeps me pretty motivated. I got super lucky with him. He's just perfect. Also I want to be healthy and feel strong. Our bodies are so amazing the way the change and react to a healthy lifestyle. I always have been the "fat" friend and I don't want my boys to go through that. Also reading Oxygen and other fitness magazines keeps me motivated. Browsing profiles on BB is a huge motivator...just seeing the progress other women have made.

Goal (Long):
I got married March 7, 2009 and I want to get back into a solid routine of clean eats and working out....I've also gained some weight recently due to poor habits and medications (a long crazy year) and I want to get back into shape....and of course, I'd LOOOOOOVE to compete.
Kat inspires me because she is always pushing herself to the limit and passing it. She encourages me with no-nonsense words and has ALWAYS been a friend to me. Besides, have you SEEN her progress pics?? She's SMOKIN HOTT!
Why you ask, am I in sabotage mode? F-ck if I know. I am making NO progress right now, in fact, I'm sure I'm gaining. FAT. Eating crap, can't get it under control. AND- not going to the gym. I can tell you one reason why right now. I'm on some medications for anxiety and depression and my...
YAY that makes me sooo happy. I don't know what I would do without cardio..that is the only thing that keeps me lean..well DIET is #1..but it's the cardio that keeps everything tight!!

Yeah, thanks. I think my body just ins't use to all the protein I've been feeding it. I am all screwed up right because I recently lost a lot of weight by lowering my calorie intake, and now I am eating so many more calories, so my body doesn't know what to think! It's frustrating!!! O well. You look GREAT! Keep up the good work!! :)
yeah try going to Vegas and eating clean..I have had to do that 3 times..but each time I packed my cooler with my precooked food...and that's all I ate..if it wasn't in my cooler and packed then I wouldn't eat it..it is almost easier for me. I am going camping this weekend..with my food ready to go. But then again it is easier for mebecause I have been doing it for so long and nothing tempts me..even though I am a sucker for smores..LOL not gonna touch it though
yeah I was taken off Birth control pills 2 years ago.. not the 'cause' but they didnt want to take any chances...

Girlfriend! Thanks for checkin in... yes, I am kicking some ass over here and loving every second of it. Been keeping track of my food for 4 weeks and in four weeks I have only taken 4 days off from the gym. I'm having so much fun!
