Yep. I don't want to stop. I forgot how good this feels. I just need to budget my time. This site has given me all the tools, I just need to put them into consistent practice.

Ok, the geek in me has to ask...what kind of software are you a consultant for?

Patience and persistence. Inner critics are fine, if they push you to do better! I'm not nearly what other guys are on here, but I'll get there. :) So will you.

"Argh! I don't really see any difference-although maybe my stomach is smaller?" It's only 11 days since your last progress pic...give it time! If you stay with it and "never quit", by this time next year, you'll be in "fighting shape".

Thanks for the reps. I love my heavy bag! Best cardio machine you can buy. :) My wife's stationary bike bores the hell out of me.

Working out at home is great! The only excuses you have for not lifting is illness or injury. And when I'm in my basement, it's 100% focus time. Blast the tunes and move the weight. I wait until the kid is at school and the wife is at work.

Hey, I love my home gym. I have as much of an obession with it as I do my workouts in general. My basement used to be NASTY! Typical Pittsburgh crud, with the Pittsburgh Potty and everything. Did a lot of work on it. I even made t-shirts for it. (I'd post a link, but I don't want to be accused of spamming) :)

That game was having me worried! But all's good now.
How's the wife? What was up with her? Saw something about he being ill?

What's with the new pic? Silver Surfer fan? And what happened to your wife? I hope she's ok.

Nice puppies.
(And I meant the chihuahuas. What were YOU thinking?) :)
I had a chihuahua and he was the Man!
And, needless to say, nice work on everything else. Hell, you've even gotten into Muscle & Fitness magazine now (in an ad, but still...).

Ugh. Two weeks off due to small injury and then sick child. Sucks! I was really hitting a good stride with the 5x5 program I started. I hit the bag today for some cardio and tomorrow I get back on the horse. Luckily, I stayed pretty lean during my time off. How's u?
