Goals:
Main Goal: Gain Muscle
Goal (Short): To get big enough and strong enough to scare the demons away.
Goal (Long): My goal is to be 170 lbs. and 10% BF. I think this is a reasonable goal. Not too easy. But not unrealistic. Considering I started of at 138 lbs....
Weight Goal: I want to GAIN 32 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 10%
