hi,feeling ok..just a few pinched nerves in my shouder blades that make my hands and arms fall asleep..sucks but manage to get in good workouts despite it...no...no show in galveston..nothing in galveston for a while..that island is totally wiped out. so sad...=( but i know they will rebuild and come back stronger than ever..just like we muscle heads..lol take care, luv sugabear
