Background
Mother of 5, ages 29, 27, 24, 6 and 5. I work 13 hour night shifts 3 nights per week, love my night shifts. I started weightlifting because I've always been underweight and I hated my scrawny body. I flunked P.E. in high school twice because I was so scrawny. Who flunks high school gym class?! I remember how (at the ripe old age of 32) I had to be dragged to the gym because I hated it. It didn't take long though for me to see improvement and learn to love working out. I've been weightlifting ever since.
I refuse to get fat or old. I love working out, it keeps me young, energetic and fit.

Total body workout plus cardio 3 days per week. Heavy weights. 3-4 sets, 8-10 reps.

crunches with legs elevated (3 sets of 20)
oblique crunches (3 sets of 20)
hanging leg lifts (3 sets of 10, 2 second hold at the top)
tricep dips (3 sets of 15)
ab machine (95 lbs. 3 sets of 10)
thigh adduction (100 lbs. 4 sets of 10)
thigh abduction (100 lbs. 4 sets of 10)
glute kickback (50-55 lbs. 4 sets of 10)
leg press (140-230 lbs. 3-4 sets of 8-10)
leg extension (85-130 lbs. 4 sets of 10)
seated leg curl (60-75 lbs. 4 sets of 10)
dumbbell flyes on flat bench (40 lbs. 2 sets of 10)
