biggest thing is make sure your eating enough. thats what my mistake was when i started, i worked really hard and got stronger, but no size came. now i eat everything i can. work hard and good things will happen. good luck!

thanks, well i'v been at it for over 6 years now... but if i knew how important nutrition was 6 years ago, i feel i could of looked better.. so, get you nutrition down!! :)....
