Workout Program:
I am limited on the intensity of my workouts due to a heart defect that I was born with. I can't use anything heavier than 8lb dumbbells for weight training. For cardio I am limited to 65% max heart rate and only for 20 minutes at a time. For each weight session I do 3 exercises, 3 sets, 8-12 reps per body part.


Day 1- Cardio, 2 20 min sessions
Day 2- Cardio, 20 min; Chest and Biceps
Day 3- Cardio, 20 min; Back and Abs
Day 4- Cardio, 2 20 min sessions
Day 5- Cardio, 20 min; Shoulders and Triceps
Day 6- Legs
Day 7- Rest
