Thank you so much for your support. I do have bad news. My internal stitches ripped open. I was rushed to the ER. I may have to go for more surgery. I'm not going to give up. People like you keep me focused. I am happy to have you as a bodyspace friend. If I can help you just let me know! Have a wonderful day!

Things are looking up. I'm doing a little better with my diet. I can't workout because I am still waiting to see if I need surgery. I had a cyst on my lower back that has created a hole that might need to be repaired for it to heal. I am glad to hear you are doing well.

The snacking is going well. I have another problem though. I can't exercise for a week due to an injury. They said if I can get it to heal I won't need surgery. I am keeping my fingers crossed. Just going to focus on the diet. Wish me luck! Thanks!

Thanks for starting the 40 plus group. I read your blog and I know what it is like to not be able to stay away from food. I have found it helpful to pack healthy snacks in bags for the week, some for the car and some for nightime cravings. If your going to snack atleast it will be on something healthy! Good Luck!

Wow she could be facing jail time! Well, how are things going for you? I am having trouble with night time snacking. I am adding cardio after breakfast 5 days a week, skipping leg and off days. I hope things are going well for you!

Hi! I have found that Joyce Vedral tapes/DVDs are really great. I used them a while back and lost 25Lbs. Also, I think it is fantastic that you are working on doing a figure contest. You have my support. Go For It!!!!

Hi! Sorry I haven't been in touch in a while. I've been getting my life in order after my grandmother's death and my back injury. I have an easy diet and exercise plan in place so starting off won't be so hard. I am starting it first thing in the morning. I wrote about it in my blog if you would like to know more. I read your message in our 40+ group. My husband can eat anything and still have a 32 inch waist! I am doing a low cal diet too and doing it with low glycemic foods. I'm not as hungry as I used to be because I'm using NOW acai juice that I ordered off this site. It is supposed to be good for your heart too. If I can help let me know. Good luck!
