This is me at 186Lbs, the start of my transformation.
I want to lose one dress size by September 17 for my vacation.
Goal (Long):
I want to lose body fat and gain muscle mass. I want to be healthier and happier with my appearance. I will try new diet and excercise plans until I get the right combination for me. I plan to make this a lifestyle change. I will stay focused and I will never give up no matter how long it takes!
Is this a good idea? I have decided to no longer weigh myself. I am going to focus on changes in the mirror and how my clothes fit. I got on the scale and it read 197lbs. I have been doing a new workout and diet for two weeks and gained 3lbs? Either the scale is wrong or I have put on some...
I'm doing Bill Belfert's Bare Minimum training program. You can find all the information in the article section of Bodybuilding.com.
I really like this program because it is so easy and doesn't take a lot of time. So far it has been three weeks and I'm down a full dress size. I have...
Well, I start my program in the morning. We will see how it goes and if I will me my goal by the 15th. Anyways, the family is great and are excited that we will be returning to the states within the next three months. Nothing much else going on, except for the fact that I am working right now. What's up with u?
Hey, wonderful minds think alike. We can't help u are beautiful. Well, I'm doing good. I just finished my three week prep workout and now I am embarking on a new program to start toning and building muscle while losing weight. So, what are u up to?
I am doing great. The Lord has really blessed me lately as Bodybuilding.com not only put my story and a video on the top of page 1 but after that was over they put an article about my trip to Bb.com in Boise along with another video under the Mind heading, again on page 1. I am glad to hear that you are working out again. May God bless.
She makes it through. She can't work due to her back, but she uses her time and keeps busy while I was deployed. I spent 25 months in iraq between 2005 and 2006. So you can say we had a lot of time apart. It sucked, but it made the marriage stronger. It was harder on my two youngest girls as their daddy wasn't their for their special events of their lives at those times. But, they understood, just didn't like it.
