subvet27changed Weight from 203.2 lbs. to 201 lbs., a 2.2 lb. loss in 6 days
To lose 1-2Lbs a week until I reach my goal weight.
Goal (Long):
1-To learn to love myself. 2- To follow my new eating plan. 3- To follow my new exercise program. 4- To not focus on the perfect body, focus on health and happiness the body will come later. I wouldn't mind fitting into my favorite dress for my birthday in December!
Now that I have gotten into my diet and exercise plan I am feeling so much better. I wouldn't call it diet and exercise though, more like a life style change. My new plan is so easy and I lost 7 pounds in a week. I know you tend to lose more in your first week, but I think I can average 1-2...
I am limited on the intensity of my workouts due to a heart defect that I was born with. I can't use anything heavier than 8lb dumbbells for weight training. For cardio I am limited to 65% max heart rate and only for 20 minutes at a time. For each weight session I do 3 exercises, 3 sets, 8-12...
I am glad to hear from you. I hope you can get to working out again soon. You have been so patient and kept such a good attitude about it. Best Wishes!
things are going well. I am two thirds of the way to my weight loss goal. So 25lbs left to go. I did get laid off last week which stinks, but gives me plenty of time to work out while I am looking for a job. Stay Positive!!!
Hallelujah! On not having to have the surgery!! YAY!! I am well except for the fact that I just found out I have pink eye in both my eye's. YUCK!! Not sure where I got that from. Wishing you a speedy recovery. Blessings and favor!!
Hi, things are going well and good. I am working on my nutrition and starting with a trainer today. My nutrition is really the bigger factor I deal with. I will wrokout with no problems. :o) Its the food monster I need to slay! I pray that your surgery goes well. I pray for those that work on you this time. Thank you for your kind words!! Be Blessed and TAKE GOOD CARE!!
I am happy that I can help, encourage, motivate you in any kind of way. I am so sorry to hear about your stitches... oh my! I pray that you receive healing and a speedy recovery.
Thanks for checking in on me! I've been doing fine. Tightening up the diet, but have not been the gym as much this week as I would like. I have had a pretty busy week with family events and work, but the storm is over now and I'm back in the gym. How are things going your way?
Thats awesome that your cousin noticed a change. The power to continue on the weight loss journey has to come from within, but those outside comments certainly help :O) I am gonig to be seeing my in-laws this weekend who haven't seen me since I changed the way I eat....I am hoping they may notice since my wife doesn't since she sees me everyday.
Hey Sub! Just stopping by to see how you're feeling lately? Do you have a date set for your surgery. Sounds like the sooner the better. Right? Have a wonderful coming up weekend! Ellen
