Serious inspiration. ONce I saw your tricep shot on the gym striated from the side, my mind was blown. Currently getting out of an opium addiction and trying to regain what my body used to look like, seeing freaky definition like yours helps for inspiration. The only thing helping me now besides that is that warrior mentality...dealing with the post use depression and trying to train...it sucks but I'm sure you know of that mentality I speak of that sets bodybuilders apart.

You have insane lats and a great overall physique with lots of quality super dense looking muscle. Best of luck to you. And it seems like you like Dorian Yates. No one goes beyond him for inspiration and a true understanding of quality, density, insane conditioning, and discipline.

Just wondering man but your physique looks incredible dense and rock hard and definitely ripped, do you use a lot of HIT style training to achieve that look? It sure looks like you do because you don't have that fitness model/classic look, you have a powerful Dorianesque physique.

You do a lot of High Intensity Training style? You look insanely dense! Whatever you are doing keep it up. But I would like to know! haha. I usually do high intensity training but I think my size is lagging because I don't have time to eat well and I probably end up overtraining since I can't help but lift intense.

Well you are definitely keeping your waist in check too so you are definitely "taking care" yourself and I think you are far from too soft. =) And honestly, I feel the same way...it's a lot of dedication some of these women have to be rock hard and ripped BUT most men will prefer your body type anyway and that's just a fact. So keep doing what you are doing. And you're a mom...even more props there.

In that case make sure you take a lot of protein. =) I'm actually jealous, I haven't had much time to work out because of full-time school, work, and my wonderful girlfriend...well the last factor I'm definitely not complaining about but I wish I was as consistent as before. It's a priviledge when I think about it...to find time to train and look your best so enjoy it. I'm sure you do anyway. =)

Honestly man, I hardly ever work on traps. My traps got size naturally through heavy back and heavy shoulder exercises since it incorporates so much of the traps. The one muscle I had to really work at to improve was my lats. It's a very difficult muscle to target so I had to be extra creative and focus on perfect form with lots of squeezes. But yea haha...not much trap work at all. Maybe once a month?
