I have always enjoyed weights but I am not in shape as of now and am tired of yo yoing on my weight. Plus I am in more competitions with my car and want to look just as great if not better than the models that walk around.

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
Currently I am going for weight loss and toned so around 12 reps and 2-3 sets.

15-30 seconds because I have been short on time and I want to keep my body in the fat burning stage.
