actg2401 Hi, Of course we can be friends but when I am looking to your pictures, I don't think you need any advice from me! hehe I am just following Jamie Eason's live fit program (which includes the training and the diet as well). I am going to start my 5th week on Monday. Even if I worked out since really long, I feel that this time is the first time I will achieve my goals. This website is really motivating to me! esofkc Thanks, I train 5 to 7 days a week doing 20 minutes or more of fasted cardio. I started out doing full body weight routine every other dsy. But now I do arms on monday, chest on tuesday, i take wednesday off, back on thursday, shoulder on Friday, legs on saturday. I take sundays off. I eat a diet that consist of 40% protein 30% fat 30% carbs. I drink whey protein shakes optimum gold brand, and take a bcaa supplement. Hope that helps you. Apr 3, 2013 8:00am

Aneudecker Hi there, thanks for the add and best wishes with your 2013 goals! Supplement wise I take a multivitamin, fish oil, BCAA's, antioxidants, calcium magnesium and iron all in capsule form daily - I add creatine and glutamine to my post-workout shakes and on occasion I utilize a pre-workout as well. My body's been slow responding, think I messed up my metabolism a while back, but I feel great :) Mar 31, 2013 8:48pm

nycag04 Thank you for your kind words! For now I'm following a pretty basic lifting routine. I don't really use much in the way of supplements - a preworkout (Cellucor C4, love it), isoflex whey, and vitamins (multivitamin, EFA blend, vit d, vit b12). I'm kinda just getting started! k_wilson_2 TY for the request! Welcome to BodySpace! I have found I get the best results from basic weight training and cardio. Diet is my biggest obstacle, people on here have helped w/ great pointers on that. My favorite pre workout is C4 (pink lemonade)or D4 theromshock. I like isopure or muscle milk protein. My favorite thing to do with protein is get some fruit w/ juice and blend it all up in a smoothie! Great small meal/snack! Good luck on your goals and as always stay motivated!!! Mar 13, 2013 5:01pm
