i do not have a set workout program.i basically change my workout routines on a daily basis which seems to be working for me right now.i am currently hitting every body part three times a week

Still kind of debating, I was suppose to take a rest day today after the leg workout, if i'm not in today, I'll be in there tomorrow probably earlier, since I'm off tomorrow. If I got today, probably get there about 6:30 or 7pm. If tomorrow, probably 8am, since thats the only time I'll have the car
Yea, yea man 80 percent of what's going on with me is eatting, tryna get them meals in. I added more carbs and muscles are always full. I eat hella ground beef, hella.. I started eatting more potatoes and rice.. Occassionaly, I'll back a sweet potato pie, but thats if I feel like it
