i cannot put weight on very easily and have used weights in the past with good general results,but as soon as i stop for any length of time i lose all my gains very quickly. my goal is to reach 75 kilograms.my current weight is 67kg.i have gained 7kg since may 2008.

Hi mate, just had a ****ty, draining week! At a cancer hospital earlier in week and felt so sad for them and very fortunate myself. No MMA training for a week or two now, which I hate. Been travelling around constantly in the snow for hours and slogging my guts out - not trained as much as I'd liked to, but overall its been a year of change, but a good year. 2010 is gonna be a great one! Have an awesome christmas mate! :)

Ah right well thats sad your away for two weeks lol.Will have to annoy the wife more now!I train in my cousins garage as well it gets stupidly cold in the country like minus 6 etc but gloves hat and fleeces you soon warm up!
