i cannot put weight on very easily and have used weights in the past with good general results,but as soon as i stop for any length of time i lose all my gains very quickly. my goal is to reach 75 kilograms.my current weight is 67kg.i have gained 7kg since may 2008.

you know what,its the end of another chuffin week in my chuffin car! tell you what though it aint been totally dog toffee. i got my two sessions in. it started abit sheet and got better. monday i had loads of work but a gap in the morning. i pegged it home and thought i had an hour and a half...

The book "Legacy of Iron" has the programs that those various old-timers used, so I could apply those routines to my training. First I want to try the author's dino program, then think about those other ... variations.
My "power rack" is actually a cheap version of a Smith machine. Because of that, it doesn't work well as a Smith machine, so I removed that part of the supports. The bar moves freely between two posts on each side now. I would like to buy a new REAL power rack, but it takes a few extra quid.
The lab island has a population of about 4000 iguanas. They would like people to take them, but it's not allowed and they can't do anything to or with them.
I think love is much too strong a word for cardio, but I do tolerate it. I like the ab cardio, makes it more of a challenge. Yeah those trunk twists are killer. How's your day Stu, did you get a workout in today?
Agreed. Adding 5-10 lbs of lean mass would be nice, but the primary goal is to not be a middle-aged fatboy. Some of us can't chow on cake everyday like you. :)
I hear ya Stu. Quality bulking takes time. But remember, those pics are NINETEEN yrs apart. I've been working out CONSISTENTLY since early 2002. I just don't have the genetics to be a big guy (at least with muscle, not fat.....LOL), just as you have to stuff yourself to gain any weight.
What you think you got nothing out of it mentally or physically? Oh me its chest and im going for a 35kg dumbell press in each hand to see if my arms drop off!Im on 32kg at mo but you know how a little extra can break you!
