well, actually, he said resume all activity. The abs were probably stretched from my twin pregnancy and then further aspirated when I got up to 168 pound in 1/08. So the only way to fix it is to go under the knife, but that would be an elective surgery.

No hernia. No surgery at this time. I have a separated rectus abdominus. I can resume training. I go back for a follow up in 6 mos.

hey man randomest thign hapened the othe rnight. so i was out drinkin and hurled all over a bathroom in this restaurant. and some guy starts cleaning my throwup 4 me! he says no problem mate weve all been their. then takes me 2 the bar with his buddys 4 another drink. turns out theyr british army skdivers training in lake elsinore(close 2 where i live). i thought of u 4 some reason lol. damn those brits party hard!! small world huh?

thanks. while i think I have maintained ny bf% and still lean, I have not been able to get rid of the slight bloat - makes my lower tummy protrude. started taking a tonic to cure my IBS and hopefully rid me of my bloat!!
