Overall Goal:  suffered a serious injury playing football (ACL RUPTURE) hit the gym hard then upperbodywise to stop gettin fat.. then continued with weeights to get the balance correct in legs and upper body strenth. however now would like to get to 16 stone.

involved with my job... enjoyed the results it brang...always wanted to lift more and more to build strenth...
Why I Love It:
beach holidays..... gym has gotta be done for the summer.
How I Stay Motivated:
by looking at my injured kneee, and thinking if only i had developed my quads more maybe i would not of missed 5 months of my playing career. also by my best friends gary stowell... big shout out to him.

i think i have always had a decent canvas to build on, as i am athletic... but wanted to gain lean size, and build strenth. my bodyfat is around 10 per cent i think would love to gain more weight but lower the fat percentage... to do this i need to learn more about diet.

I want to GAIN 20 kg

Hey mate, how's your knee now? I know how it is, I did my ACL (with other damage to the knee) a few years ago too. Very hard to get correct muscle balance in both legs now. Anyway well done on the bod, great definition. Hope the knee's holding up now.
