It's been about 5 months of working hard and trying to reshape my body, and I have had amazing results.
Why I Love It:
I feel great, and I am looking better to myself every day. It's still weird to feel muscles in places that I never had them before.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing the progress I have made since March makes me want to keep going and see how far I can push my body.
BB Accomplishments:
Dropping from 215lbs to 180lbs, from 22%BF to 15%BF, raising my 1RM on the flat bench from pathetic to 315lbs, but the overhead press has always been the hardest for me, and going from 95lbs to over 245lbs is up there with the rest of these.
I would like to gain 10 pounds of lean muscle and drop another 3% body fat by December 08.
Goal (Long):
I would really like to add about 3 inches to my arms by December so that when I get back to the U.S. I can show my friends and family what hard work can do in a one year timeframe.
