i want loose bodyfat and gain more muscle

i want gain muscle and loose fat, add muscle to my upper chest, get leggs bigger, shoulders thicker, i want to do this naturally, no drugs. why workout to stay healthy when people use drugs they defeat the purpose not all i guess, who really cares i dont thats your business. i just prefer to stay healthy
