How I Started: i started when i went up to this gurl to ask her out and she no cause i was to fat.thats when i opened my eyes and she was right i was over weight and decided to do something about it.
Why I Love It: it makes me feel good about myself and feel stronger and more confident about myself
How I Stay Motivated: i think about how i was teased in school about being fat.so i use that to remind myself that dont ever want to be called fat again.
BB Accomplishments: i built my arms and cavles and thighs up and got mad def.im starting to see my abs but im not there yet.
