I started working out my end of Freshman year in college. I weighed 230lbs and was tired of being the fat kid.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it is awesome seeing results and its a great way of getting rid of the stress from everyday life, when I am at the gym I am in the zone and all buisness.
How I Stay Motivated:
I tell myself that it takes hard work and that I didn't lose 60 pounds for nothing.

Hey bro, thanks a lot! All of the current supps I am taking are listed on my page. The CL supps have been some of the most effective supps I have ever used, seriously.
