well i got my first weight bench when i was 15 or so (i still have it) and when i was 17 i started working out with a neighbor for a little while then i didnt really keep it consistant on workin out.. i would start up for a couple weeks then just put it off and do the same thing over and over... i think im modivated enough to keep going now :-)

How I Stay Motivated:
i have a hard time but i get tired of getting pushed around by coworkers (jokingly though lol) i wanna be like "hey dont f*ck with me BOY" lol ive started workin out in the morning b4 work and its workin out great! i have so much more energy during the day too :)
