Did arms in the fall as my body part to pump up. Doing chest till summer. Not only did my arms get big they also got really strong.

I've added some nice overall volume to my arms this summer. I've added about 20lbs in mass overall sicne last summer. I'm amazed at how big they haven gotten this summer. Many people in the last few weeks, told me how much big I've gotten since I last seen them. Is that a great feeling or what.

Winter program going well. Lots of chest growth, getting some nice over wideness and thickness. I am suprise and very happpy at how fast and big my lats are growing, loving that resutls.
