How I Started:
I was tired of being skinny and weak. And some friend took me to the gym in college and I was hooked after that.
Why I Love It:
Its awesome to see your body change and what you can put it through and how it will respond-you get a surpise all the time! The desire to be bigger and stronger than everyone. oh and look good for the ladies.
How I Stay Motivated:
Nothing better than friends saying how big you gotten since they last saw you!!
The pain of discipline far exceeds the pain of regret.
I stay motivated by just looking around at all the out of shape and unhealthy looking people around me!! That makes me work even harder just seeing the out of shape people around me!!

First thing an Amateur says is way he can't do something. The first thing a Pro says is how he can do it!
BB Accomplishments:
Getting MORE size and muscle than yesterday. Just keep adding 50 Lbs goals to bench! I'm shooting for bench pressing more 300 lbs as my next goal. After that- next stop 350!!.
When I started working out I was so weak I could NOT lift the 45 lbs bar all by it myself and weight in at 130's lbs range.! Come pretty far I have-don't you think!!
Having to buy bigger clothes (often) because of muscle growth.
If you can't touch your thumb to your shoulder after training bis and tris, then you did a good job.

Goal (Long):
Daily Goal: To get bigger and stronger than yesterday!! Always look young and fit!!!
Very Long Term Goal by age 35: End up at weight of 230lbs with 18 inch arms!
Getting bigger and stronger than ever and loving it!
Description: USA Weightlifting is running a cute ad on some sports networks, in which a young, pretty brunette outlifts two moving men (at right). The girl in the video is Natalie Woolfolk, an Annapolis native who now lives at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs.
She was profiled last year in the Washington Post:
Woolfolk's one hang-up about weightlifting -- "that she would get really hulky and look like a football player," said her mother, Amy Frank -- dissipated quickly. Even now, Woolfolk's 5-foot, 4-inch figure remains counterintuitive. When she wears jeans that cover her massive quadriceps, she looks practically petite. Athletes at the Naval Academy joke that Kirk is the only Division I strength coach who wilts in weightlifting competitions against his skinny, 135-pound daughter. The weight are fake in this commerical. But that just to make it easy on here for the shoot!
Nancy Fuentes Powerlifts for Next Competition
Played: 1,843
Description: Nancy Fuentes is a 40-year-old mother of two. At 5'2" and 125 pound who probably never gets tired of being mistaken for a 25-year-old. I believe the video above is the second PressPass TV feature profiling Nancy Fuentes, a New Jersey figure competitor who won the Jan Tana Classic in June. You can check out the earlier video here.
Fuentes says in the video that she's training to compete in the "North Atlantics" in Cleveland, but I think she misspoke and means the "North Americans".
If you have any more info about this super strong and super young looking women. Please let me know.

I am doing stevep78 get ripped and add lean muscle mass. Been doing that for a month and its working great, his program a butt kicker, but it gets your results fast!. Mostly, I do a bulk in the winter, but this year I am trying soemething different for change. My right knee had a pulled ligment...
I do one body part a day. And every week I pick a muscle group I want to do twice that week. I try to do chest press twice a week no matter what!! Once as a chest day exercises and once as a stand alone exercises!
I do 30 minuates a day on the Elliptical machine with 30 lbs ankle...
Thanks and my legs do whatever they want. If I try to slim them down they build muscle. If I try to build muscle, they slim down. I don't worry about they because they have a mind all of their own.
