When I Started:
May, 2000
How I Started:
A female athletic friend talked me into working out with her and her boyfriend in college and I was hooked after that!!
Why I Love It:
I loved working out because everyday you can get better than the day before and actually see the progress in the mirror!!
How I Stay Motivated:
Nothing better than friends saying how big you gotten since they last saw you!!
I just come off a long rehab from surgery on a broken arm I suffered in a car accident. Been able to build a lot mass but not much strength since than. Finally been cleaned by the Doctors to get back to my normal regiment of workout! I have a lot rebuilding, size and strength to get!!
I stay motivated by just looking around at all the out of shape and unhealthy looking people around me!! That makes me work even harder just seeing the out of shape people around me!!

Obsession is the word the lazy use to describe the dedicated.
Be strong, fit, feel great and CONTINUE to get younger every day!
"Its Better to be cool and dead than uncool and alive." Mickey Rouke quote from a movie he did!!
Though no one can go back and make a new beginning, anyone can start from now and make a brand new ending!
Change is inevitable, growth is intentional!!
BB Accomplishments:
Getting MORE size and muscle than yesterday. Just keep adding 50 Lbs goals to bench! I'm shooting for bench pressing more 300 lbs as my next goal. After that- next stop 350!!.
When I started working out I was so weak I could NOT lift the 45 lbs bar all by it myself and weight in at 130's lbs range.! Come pretty far I have-don't you think!!
Train Hard- Get Big- Simple As That!!
If it was easy to do. Everyone would be doing it!!
Hard Work + Consistency = Results

Elisabeth Rohm - [Nov-2003] - interview
Played: 311
Description: Height 5' 8" Born in 1973.
Elisabeth Röhm Various quotes:
Does serious full-body workouts with free weights, boxing, Olympic lifts, carrying and pulling heavy weights across the room.
[On her serious weightlifting workouts]: "I'm not a waif-like girl, and I like that. Never mind dainty; there's nothing even remotely ladylike about a squat."
"Our goal as women should be to discover who we are and not who we think we should be or who the world wants us to be. It's not our responsibility to be arm candy!"
USAW TV commercial
Played: 374
Description: USA Weightlifting is running a cute ad on some sports networks, in which a young, pretty brunette outlifts two moving men (at right). The girl in the video is Natalie Woolfolk, an Annapolis native who now lives at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs.
She was profiled last year in the Washington Post:
Woolfolk's one hang-up about weightlifting -- "that she would get really hulky and look like a football player," said her mother, Amy Frank -- dissipated quickly. Even now, Woolfolk's 5-foot, 4-inch figure remains counterintuitive. When she wears jeans that cover her massive quadriceps, she looks practically petite. Athletes at the Naval Academy joke that Kirk is the only Division I strength coach who wilts in weightlifting competitions against his skinny, 135-pound daughter. The weight are fake in this commerical. But that just to make it easy on here for the shoot!

I do one body part a day. And every week I pick a muscle group I want to do twice that week. I try to do chest press twice a week no matter what!! Once as a chest day exercises and once as a stand alone exercises!
I do 30 minuates a day on the Elliptical machine with 30 lbs ankle...
(lol) I timed it right that day and was pretty ripped - I ate eggs for breakfast, but didn't eat or drink the rest of the day. I think I was starting to dehydrate. I'd like to look like that all summer. :)
Good tip about the aliens, I hear the same thing about Zombies?? Anyway, regarding my jiggle I should annihilate it, obliterate it, vitiate it, and destroy all traces of it... something like that, right?
what r alligeries?
cardio will be good for u
yes, I workout the calves while resting from legs exercises. I started like 6 months ago thought. my calves were already strong from cardio.
Thanks! Man, its going to be hard to just stay still for so long. I am going to talk to my trainer tomorrow to discuss future plans. I know i want to add some mass to my frame.
I actually dropped it in two weeks by eating 7 meals a day, 4-5 ozs of ground turkey with 1.5 cups of green veggie in each meal...Huge difference in diet...
Hi! I'm hoping to maintain my weight but bring my body fat to 10% currently at 14 and gain 5#s of muscle - really trying to eat clean! Have a great weekend, Debbie
