How I Started:
Day One: Today I started my 12 week program which is simply the the first half of my 24 week program to hit my targets. Wish me luck and dicipline! Thanks for all your support and check back to see how I'm doing.
Why I Love It:
After about 12 years of living life like a slug. It has finally caught up with me. The aches and pains had finally become a noticable disturbance in enjoying the active parts of life. Working out has given me a second chance and just makes the day seem better when you start out with the blood pumping.
How I Stay Motivated:
I plan on having a family soon and I don't want to be one of those dads! Too tired to plan with their kids and watching the other kids dads playing and enjoying their time with their kids.
BB Accomplishments:
At this point the only thing to be proud of getting this thing started. That will change soon... I assure you!

I used to be a slug too, after losing the belly I no longer Snore and sound like im dying gasping for air, and wake up more refreshed and alive. and my back ache went away too.
