Look at how weak and skinny i was when i started lifting. I weighed a mere 155 lbs at a height of 6 feet tall!!! My arms were just 12"

This pic was tken some days go. Not so big but still a heck lot better than the previous skinny me. Today i have the confidence to take off my shirt while in the beach and show some mass and not just ribs!

Much bigger than what i was a month before. Presently, i weigh 200 lbs and my arms have shot up from 14.5 to 15.3". Also good improvement in chest and shoulders.

I have cut myself down to 188 lbs. Also much better shaped pecs and delts. Also Arms look more defined. Also Neck and traps got bigger than before.
