I always used to be a weakling in school. I was used to the words "Weak", " Skinny", "Twig" etc and always got bullied by the big boys. I always used to lose in arm wrestling no matter who my opponent was. I used to see the strong and big guys enjoy their life and dominate everyone and get the girls while i just looked upon. One day i thought that enough was enough and i decided to start BB. And from that day till now i am lifting in high spirits.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel better and stronger. I love to see my progress and take pics of my body week after week month after month admiring the improvements that i see. Also becoz of bodybuilding i get the command and respect of smaller guys which we bodybuilders deserve because of the hardwork and pains we put into this sport. I feel confident of myself now and this has improved my self image a lot.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have many goals in my mind like going to 220 lbs and then cutting, competing locally and nationally and many more. Goal setting is necessary for motivation. I also take regular measurements of myself to see how much and at what rate am i progressing. This helps me remain motivated
BB Accomplishments:
I used to be a very skinny guy. I have bulked up and am going towards a perfect physique and good health, thanz to bodybuilding.com. I am planning to compete later this year after i cut up.

You've got a great frame to pack a lot of mass and strength on. You're lifts are coming along nicely for proportionate strength. Important that you keep your rows up near your bench performance, for shoulder health. I see a monster in the making. Best of luck with all your goals.
