Hey! sry i didnt see your comment for so long! i havent been on here in forever due to the fact that i havent lifted in almost a year now! i absolutley destroyed my knee last summer playing soccer then i broke my kneecap completely in half as a complication from the surgery :( but im on the road to recovery finally and i should be back in the gym in the next couple of months!!! looks like your still doing well :)
